The world spins.

...and we keep going on with our lives.

Either in pain, in happiness, in love, or in hate.

We go on.

I think the most important thing to remember is taking care of yourself is not being selfish.  Creating a world of things that make you happy, despite the efforts against you is not a crime against humanity or against thyself.  Though one person harbors hate and despair- it should not weigh down your heart.  Take care of your heart.  Be happy. 

I have felt the sting of hate and anguish.  I have felt the loss and desperation.  And I can still smile.  I can laugh every day.  Anyone, Everyone has the power and opportunity to be positive.

I do not live in a fantasy world, I do not live in denial, but I do live in a world of my creation.  Seeing beauty and being thankful.  I will not let you have power over me, or allow you to bring me down.  You are bringing this upon yourself.

I offer nothing but forgiveness, acceptance, and movement.  It is now up to you to take the first step, again, for real.  Let go, and maybe you will see.

Maybe. 

One can hope right?

Isn’t it, girls? We always think about the guy we love and we wonder if they’re thinking of us too at the moment. We wish that they could somehow read our mind for them to know that we’re thinking of them because we miss them. But sometimes, it’s hard to tell them that we’re thinking of them because of the fear of the answer that they’re not thinking of us.

Falling in Love

When you think of your past love,you may view it as a failure.But when you find a new love,you view as a teacher.In the game of love,
it doesn’t really matter who won or who lost.what is important is you know
WHEN TO HOLD ON AND WHEN TO LET GO!
You know you really love someone when you want him or her to be happy,
even if their happiness means that you’re not part of it. Everything happens for the best.If the person you love doesn’t love you back,
font be afraid to love someone ales again,for you’ll never know unless you give it a try. You’ll never love a person you love unless you risk
for love.
LOVE STRIVES IN HURTING.IF YOU DON’T GET HURT,YOU FONT LEARN HOW TO LOVE.LOVE DOESN’T HURT ALL THE TIME.THROUGH THE HURTING IS STILL THERE TO TEST YOU,TO HELP U GROW. 

Don’t find love,let love find you.That’s why its called falling in love because you don’t force yourself to fall.You just fall. You cannot finish a book w/o closing its chapters.If you want to go on,then you have
to leave the past as you turn the pages size.
LOVE IS NOT DESTROYED BY A SINGLE FAILURE OR WON BY A SINGLE CARESS.IT IS LIFETIME VENTURE IN WHICH WE ARE ALWAYS LEARNING,DISCOVERING AND GROWING. On Falling out of love,take time to heal and then get beckon the horse.But don’t ever make the same mistake of riding the same one that threw you the first time.

How to define love:fall but do not stumble,be constant but not to persistent,share and never be unfair,understand and try not to demand,hurt but never keep the pain.
LOVE IS LIKE A KNIFE,IT CAN STAB THE HEART OR IT CAN CURVE WONDERFUL IMAGES INTO THE SOUL THAT ALWAYS LAST FOR A LIFETIME. 

Love is supposed to be the most wonderful feeling.it should inspire you and give you joy n strength.But sometimes the things that give you joy can also hurt you in the end.
LOVING PEOPLE MEANS GIVING THEM THE FREEDOM WHO THEY CHOOSE TO BE AND WHERE THEY CHOOSE TO BE. 

For all the heartaches and the tears,for gloomy days and fruitful years,you should give thanks,you know that they were the things
that helped you grow.

LOVING SOMEONE MEANS GIVING THEM THE FREEDOM TO FIND HIS WAY.WETHER IT LEADS TOWARDS YOU FAR AWAY FROM YOU..LOVE IS PAINFUL RISK TO TAKE BUT THE RISK MUST BE TAKEN NO MATTER HOW SCARY OR PAINFUL FOR ONLY THEN YOU’LL EXPERIENCE THE FULLNESS OF HUMANITY AND THAT IS LOVE.ONLY LOVE CAN HURT YOUR HEART,FILL YOU WITH DESIRE AND TEAR YOU APART. ONLY LOVE CAN MAKE YOU CRY AND ONLY LOVE KNOWS WHY.

SUNSCREEN



I read this one in Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul II and I want to share this one, it has a nice message. i got this from my friend.  :-)




Wear sunscreen.


If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it.  The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.


Enjoy the power and beauty of  your youth.  Oh, never mind. You will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they’ve faded. But trust me, in twenty years, you’ll look back at the photos of  yourself and recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are not as fast as  you imagine.


Don’t worry about the future. Or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind, the kind that blindside you at 4 P.M. on some idle Tuesday.
Do one thing every day that scares you.
Sing.


Don’t be reckless with other people’s hearts. Don’t put up with people who are reckless with yours.


Floss.
Don’t waste time on jealousy. Sometimes you’re ahead, sometimes you’re behind. The race is long and, in the end, it’s only with yourself. Remember compliments you receive. Forget the insults. If  you succeed in doing this, tell me how. Keep your old letters. Throw away your old bank statements.


Stretch.
Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with  your life. The most interesting people I know didn’t know at twenty-two what they wanted to do with their lives. Some of the most interesting forty-year-olds I know still don’t.
Get plenty of calcium. Be kind to your knees. You’ll miss them when they’re gone.


Maybe you’ll marry, maybe you won’t. Maybe you’ll have children, maybe you won’t. Maybe you’ll divorce at forty, maybe you’ll dance the funky chicken on your seventy-fifth wedding anniversary. Whatever you do, don’t congratulate yourself too much, or berate yourself either. Your choices are half chance. So are everybody else’s.


Enjoy your body. Use it every way you can. Don’t be afraid of it or of what other people think of it. It’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever own. Dance, even if you have nowhere to do it but your living room.
Read the directions, even it you don’t follow them. Do not read beauty magazines. They will only make you feel ugly.


Get to know your parents. You never know when they’ll be gone for good. Be nice to you siblings. They’re your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Understand that friends come and go, but with a precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle, because the older you get, the more you need the people who knew you when you were young.


Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard. Live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft. Travel.


Accept certain inalienable truths: Prices will rise. Politicians will philander. You, too, will get old. And when you do, you’ll fantasize that when  you were young, prices were reasonable, politicians were noble, and children respected their elders. Respect your elders.


Don’t expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have a trust fund. Maybe you’ll have a wealthy spouse. But you never know when either one might run out. Don’t mess too much with your hair, or by the time you’re forty it will look eighty-five.


Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia. Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it’s worth.


But trust me on the sunscreen.
